We are proud to announce numerous new Customers for Proximis, the rising retail tech, including JouéClub, Descamps, Vicomte A, Faguo, Geekstore and Karl Marc John, thus demonstrating that our Digital Unified Commerce’s vision is seducing more and more retailers and brands striving to offer the best possible experience to their consumers, regardless of the sales channels involved.

Web to store for Vicomte A, or how to boost traffic and sales in stores

From its creation in 2005, the brand became well known for its two-tone polo shirts, inspired by the bright colors of jockey vests. It is now available in around thirty countries (Europe, United States, Middle East, Asia and Central America) within a network of over 350 sales outlets.
Vicomte A has chosen the Proximis platform and the e-reservation module to boost their web to store conversion rate. The project was rolled out in a record time to market of 1 month.

The project’s goals were : compensate for stock shortage, increase in-store traffic and increase conversion.
Proximis and the Fruitéo agency, a digital marketing agency specialized in increasing performance levels, signed here their first collaboration.

Faguo celebrates 10 years with Proximis

Committed and engaging, this increasingly influential brand plants a tree each time one of their products is sold. Faguo currently has seven of their own boutiques in France including six in Paris, and 280 sales outlets which propose their collections in France. They are also present in 24 countries (Denmark, Belgium, Norway, Spain, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Portugal, etc.).

More about the Proximis project: launch a web to store module (e-reservation and Click & Collect) with a record online setup time (2-month time to market from kickoff to Go Live).
Faguo therefore selected the Proximis Digital Commerce platform to increase the online conversion, generate in-boutique traffic and rally the boutiques around new digital services.

May the Force be with Proximis & Geekstore

Geekstore, a trending concept of minimalist stores focused on the “Geek” culture, offers thousands of references meaning just as many gift ideas in various shapes and sizes: mugs, tee-shirts, figurines, etc. from the most well known branding licenses such as Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Marvel, DC Comics or Nintendo. Heaven for the “Geek” culture!

The Geekstore project associates the W2S offer (e-reservation and Click & Collect) and the INstore application (mobile sales application) from the Proximis Unified Commerce platform. Once again, with a record time to market: 1 ½ months from kickoff to the online launch date. The 3 challenges taken up by the Proximis teams were : extending the in-store range, taking care of out of stock and increasing the ONline & INstore conversion. With 2 integrated specificities: an online sales site, based on Prestashop today, and the Bluebird EF500 PDAs provided by Solutys in the scope of the “Libertys” offer shared with Proximis.

Karl Marc John selects the omnichannel made by Proximis

The well known fashion label uses the Digital Unified Commerce platform by Proximis for their new e-commerce site and for order management. They have thus abandoned their Magento site in order to create a powerful and open technical base to implement a unified commerce in stages.

A 100% Unified Commerce project: JouéClub

A large project with great ambitions! JouéClub has chosen the Proximis platform for the synergy of its functionalities with a complete roll out grouping an e-commerce site, order management and the INstore application.
The challenges taken up by our teams: replenishing and extending the in-store range, taking care of out of stock and increasing the ONline & INstore conversion.
There is one considerable specificity: JouéClub is structured as cooperative Group.

Descamps, an omnichannel, international, multi-brand project

Another e-commerce and order management project for Proximis! Once again, the Proximis omnichannel platform was the preferred choice compared to others solutions, as it is able to offer a complete sales experience and a connected and unified purchasing experience.
The key points of the project: align a single technology across 3 brands (Descamps, Zucchi, Jalla) in France and in Italy, and offer a true omnichannel experience for customers.

For this ambitious project, the Proximis teams will work with Emakina, the agency which revolutionized the ONline customer experience. Playing in more than 8 countries and with a worldwide network, they follow up customers through all digital-related issues.
